Founder life is wild because: You’ll spend 3 hours on strategy and 30 minutes debating which box feels right. The box wins. Every time.

Just checked the 3D Cartonization API pricing and here’s the reality: Cartonization isn’t a nice-to-have. It’s a margin saver when used right. Smart APIs charge based on usage, not guesswork, because every optimized box saves real $$$ in DIM fees and wasted space. Good

People ask why cartonization pricing is usage-based. Because bad boxes don’t fail once. They fail on every shipment. Paying per pack decision makes more sense than paying for silent margin leaks. Math > vibes.

Nobody tells founders this: Clarity doesn’t come from thinking harder. It comes from staying long enough to see patterns. Most breakthroughs are just consistency in disguise.

Founder life is wild because you can spend years building systems… …and still lose 10 minutes looking for your phone while holding it. Progress.

Ordered shipping quotes and now I’m being asked to pay the carrier, the cartonization engine, and a surprise DIM fee separately. On a $50 shipment. Bro… I just wanted to send a box, not fund a tiered guilt trip through the supply chain. Perseuss fixes that math. 📦🤝

Vibe shipping is the new operations. Box guessing is the old way. Math-driven cartonization is the new coding.Same game. Higher leverage.

USPS-only shipping turns small packing mistakes into big problems. When you’re locked into one carrier, handling complex B2B orders, there’s no room for “close enough.” Every carton decision hits cost, speed, and compliance. That’s why teams are moving cartonization upstream:

Some days you ship wins. Some days you ship lessons. Both count. Grateful for steady progress, good people, and problems worth solving.

Monday energy: “We’re going to fix everything this week.” Also Monday, 11:47am: “Okay but why is this box $18 to ship?” Founder life is just big vision interrupted by very specific problems.

Most warehouses don’t choose parcel vs LTL. They default. 12 cartons drop → print 12 parcel labels. But sometimes: 12 parcels = $420 1 pallet = $295 No one checks. Margins bleed. We built AI that flips it automatically. Green email = money back. Modern warehouse. Smarter

We’re all just pretending we understand subscription pricing. Nobody knows why it’s $19.99. Nobody knows what the “Pro” tier actually does. We just click “Upgrade” and hope it fixes our personality.

Went from sticking landings to sticking products in boxes. Retired gymnast, ex-Amazon math nerd, now teaching AI how to pack so your WMS stops shipping 30% product, 70% air.

Bay Area AI: “Reimagining cognition.” Warehouse AI: “Hey, stop losing $1.2M on cardboard.” Guess which one pays faster.

Being an adult is just: Paying for things you forgot you subscribed to while unsubscribing from things you actually need. Somehow this is the economy.
