I find stuff like this amazing. You can take a SINGLE small property, digitize it and sell a small piece of it. I think the future will be buying into an entire area. I.e. 1000 properties in the Miami area. This will reduce risk but not enough properties on the market yet.

It seems the only thing putting the brakes on the tokenization of real estate is securities laws. It seems the moment an asset is divided up and sold it falls under SEC regulation. NFT’s and Crypto seem to walk close to the line on this. Tokenized R/E is clearly over the line

Do u ever think how cool it would have been to of been interested in crypto in 2009/2010? The same opportunity exists right now in tokenized real estate. It’s extremely early, nobody knows how it’s all going to play out. Get involved and let’s see where it goes.
