I often get asked what I would want to do if I got my pilot certificate. My answer is simply “anything flying at this point”. I am not joking, I just want to make money flying. It could be a junky piston plane, I don’t care. I just want to fly is that hard to understand?

I decided to apply for a vanity call sign from the FCC. After navigating like 3 separate websites (because the FCC is weird like that). I got an applications in. The status is now pending. If all goes well I’ll have my Grandfather’s old call sign. So that will be cool!
