Imagine hating Venti. When all he wants to do is run around open fields, write poetry, and drink with his friends because he has the FREEDOM to do so. How dare he enjoy the life he fought so hard for his people and nation to have a chance at 😡

Fighting the urge to expand my idea of Venti needing to find a ‘mate’ because of his “bird-like” nature. He thrives off of interactions, but is lacking in the affectionate area within these relationships. He grows attached to NB, finds home in him, and chooses to “bond” with him.

Birds don't necessarily need mates, but I think Venti would benefit from having a companion that’s constantly showering him in affection. Or; I like him clingy and needy when he's around NB. Bonus: And the amount of kissing they’d do daily 😊
