Everything is all in the 'name of access'
This is very misleading and lead to unwise and unnecessary spending.

Laws prohibiting doctors from counseling our patients out-state by ☎️&📼 make little sense in an era of frequent travel, where distance disappears over internet and phone. Proud of Sean McBride & Caleb Trotter for leading this effort and grateful to Pacific Legal 🗡⚖️ for their

Our friends at ASTRO have introduced the phrase 'small radiation therapy supplier'

Are you a small radonc supplier??? 'Small' is such an English-language-nebulous phrase

Just ask Ed Halperin...

I started using probiotics for all HN patients, and I am extremely impressed with the results. Very consistent with the trial.

It's almost crazy to see the mitigation of mucositis over the course of treatment.

I have never been so grateful to bacteria.

I'd have thought you were... optimistic

In answering Mark's question, was randomly looking back at some of the editorials from ~quarter century(!) ago re: the PORT meta-analysis in The Lancet

Here's quite the doozy:

Tune into Oncology Brothers below for IR vs. rad onc in HCC -the boxing gloves were out!

Just kidding. We didn't get into studies in detail given time constraints, but I generally consider this framework for liver-confined HCC:

More H+N action at ESTRO - reduced elective nodal dose (43 Gy @ 1.26 Gy/fx vs 50 Gy @ 1.47 Gy/fx) is safe with equivalent risk of recurrence in elective nodes
