We've completed another Oyster Pod stacking bivalve system in our manufacturing workshop. This Oyster Pod can purify 2000 oysters in 16 trays. We're waiting until #StormDubley and #StormEunice pass before sending it out to Dorset. Stay Safe everyone.

A busy week in our manufacturing workshop with 3 Lobster Pods and a Crab Pod being made. We have been interviewing for a new Production Operator to join our team. We're celebrating 2 years in our new workshop today too!

Our Lobster Pod can hold lobster, crab or langoustine all at the same time. Lobster and crab like the temperature between 8-12 degrees centigrade but the langoustine prefer 8 degrees. #TopTips #Shellfish #Manufacturing
