here’s the synopsis Ideally I’d want it to be a feature film (Set in 1959) By day, goodie-two-shoes Sandy Marcos is a straight-A cheerleader with a bible in hand. By night, she hunts down criminals to feed her vampire girlfriend, Sasha, and keep their forbidden romance alive.

Really hope it’s an adaptation of the original monsters book and not just a surface level movie with the pop mart labubus running around in New York or something

It does mean a lot, actually! Even if it's "unpleasant" to look at ,the most important things are being recognizable,balanced,and straight to the point. Plus,these "ugly" more raunchy designs are IMO way better for an adult oriented show.
