Mortgage rates back to 7%. Meaning that the cost to buy a house in America is now approaching $2,700/month when including mortgage, tax, insurance, and maintenance. Meanwhile, cost to rent is $1,850. Biggest gap we've ever seen. Something has to break.

Don’t post much on here but figured I’d post a YTD update, weird market this year. Picked up a 12 unit value add that officially made me a Multimillionaire Scooped a turn key rental house that I shouldn’t have any cash in after refi But most exciting one is this 4 unit ZLL

One thing I learned doing this 💩 is that you can’t please everyone. Not everyone will be in favor of you or want to see you grow. Everyone will have a opinion of you one way or another; sticking true to what got me here is the only way I know. Success breeds resentment.
