Ternyata “Mengelola Stress” itu sangat penting. Sebelumnya gue tau ada buku/forum yang bahas tentang judul itu and at that time i thought that whats important of it? Nothing special to be a topic. But now, gue ga bisa ngelola ternyata wkwk otak jalan terus sampe fisik jadi down.
