omg fvck my life, i am 1cm shorter than I thought 😭

on tuesday i missed my thesis consultation and since then i've been very depressed and didn't do a thing even tho the deadline is approaching fast

i started feeling disgusting in my body even tho i felt good about dropping weight and such but now i think i'm a fatty

i'll binge today i can feel it in my body it, it will happen and i don't think i can stop it. fvck this sucks i hate this i don't want to

slept for 2 days straight, the easiest fasting of my life

how can my therapist guess my weight to be 10kg higher than it actually is while simultaneously threaten me with forced admission because i look haggard???? men really have no concept of how much women weight

i forgot i am broke (bcs of medical expenses) and i bought cigarettes... so now I have roughly 3€/day till the end of the month

actually it's not that wild. i have emergency money set aside, but it sucks touching that. i'd rather not
