I have a fucking engineering degree and I gave up studying for the A+ exam, because I convinced myself I wasn’t smart enough… Why am I like this?

My ADHD has been bouncing around pulling me from task to task and I don’t have the time or energy to invest in half of them. I’m trying too hard to be productive and it’s backfiring…
