Great exp Auckland Council for rates rebate enquiry for mom, as not paid after 2 months. 2 mins to get through prompts on service number. 20 mins in queue [not the worst] They can't find a property easily by address [?] Eventually found it by scrolling. Hung up on me 2 mins later.
