Dr Tony Goldstone π The Times and The Sunday Times This is farcical. In my department no one can/will take on the CD role because the pay will cause massive pension taxation.
One colleague had an estimate of an additional single 47K pension bill for a 15K pay increase.
This feels like deliberate destabilisation of the NHS
