I only take meetings on Mondays and Thursdays. And I stack 14 back-to-back. The rest of the week is for actual work.

I don't wake up at 5 am or work 18-hour days. I just do the same simple routine every day and protect my mornings from distractions (3 hours of deep work, non-negotiable). Consistency beats complexity every single time.

I don't take meetings before noon. People think I'm being difficult. I think they're being unproductive. Your morning hours are when your brain works at its peak, so I don't like wasting them.

The most important work should be done by lunch. If you're still "getting started" at 2 pm, you've lost the day. Do the hardest thing first when you have energy. Everything else is easier after that.

Getting rich is not a one-time thing. It is a cycle. Few understand this.
