When I first learned about UDL I hoped the impact would result in learners super jazzed about discovering art in their world around them. As an AP Art History teacher, I wanted to start getting selfies of my students standing in the Louvre #udlchat

I started with various methods of note taking to include sketch noting. I saw pure joy in my students’ faces …”you mean we can doodle to learn?” Yes!!! #UDLchat

Q3: the impact with my teachers can be seen in their desire to increase their own cohort of like minded thinkers: to mentor other teachers in our art department or the district. Many have shared their own learning journey at conferences. #UDLchat
