As a College dedicated to serving communities of color, with 86% of current students identifying as people of color, RCC has an important role to play in combating the devastating effects of racism.

In particular, many of our administrators know all too well, through personal experience, the systematic oppression Black Americans face daily.

Over the next few days, administrators are sharing their personal statements in solidarity with and in support of all who fight for justice.
