We have worked hard in class on our diaries

We’ve made our Pirate hats today and worn them whilst dancing to our favourite pirate song.

We have had a busy morning, staining paper for our treasure maps and learning about arrays!

We have worked hard as a pirate crew to create a message in a bottle. Pirate Evans is really impressed with our handwriting today!

Tomorrow is the last day on our mini pirate topic! So to end it in style we will be having a pirate morning in the classroom! I wonder if the Tigers and Wombats at home might tweet us with a picture of themselves as a pirate or walking the plank?! Tigers Class Wombats HCPA

To my Tiger bubble, I know we couldn’t celebrate all of you as stars of the bubble, as there just were not enough weeks. But I want you all to know that you’ve all been stars in my eyes and i’m really proud of all your hard work! 🌟

Morning Tigers, today is our last day together and I wanted to say to each and every one of you that it has been my privilege to have been your year 1 teacher. I’m so proud of all of you and everything you’ve achieved at school and at home! Enjoy your summer, see you next year xx

What a busy week! We have been using number lines in maths, which was great fun and we found out all about Queen Elizabeth II. Did you know she is the longest reigning monarch in the world? @Huntingtower
