Lymph node, a patient with Sezary syndrome. DL and RFH. But look at the beautiful CMC (cerebriform mononuclear cells) on high power. Decreased CD7 expression and clonal TCR rearrangement. Peripheral blood flow showed 40% CD4+/CD7- cells and 40% CD4+/CD26- cells.

2.5 yo boy with known PTPN11 mutated JMML (germline). Now presenting with rapid increase of WBCs. BM Flow showed 13% CD34 positive blasts. But on the aspirate smear it seemed much more. Take a look at the IRF8 IHC vs CD34 (same area for comparison). IRF8 😍💪🏻
