We had the last board meeting of our 2-year term for the San Diego Science Writers Association this week, & saying goodbye brought a tear to my eye. I’m so proud of the work of Ramin Skibba & my fellow board members! We achieved great things! All my best to the new board!

Me: “When you see yourself in the future, how do you picture yourself?” Kid One: “I am a veterinarian and I am opening up the back of a banana slug.” Kid Two: “I am driving a convertible with a Doberman who is wearing sunglasses.”
