Preparing an interview presentation? Step one: close PowerPoint. Start with a clear narrative that addresses the Department's needs. Only once you have the content, use slides to enhance, not overshadow, your message.

Highly recommend Lenny Rachitsky's interview with Todd Jackson and reading PMF Method on First Round's website. Super insightful framework to identify where your startup is at and how to get to the next level. I consolidated the PMF details into a matrix. Enjoy! x.com/lennysan/statu
