In a historic move, great state of Texas has set aside $51 billion this year for property tax relief for home owners. Homestead exemption is being raised by 40%. Anyone older than 65 will see their homestead increase to $200k. This could mean some pay no property tax!!

This is good for smaller towns. This is a death knell for liberal large cities like Dallas and Houston. These cities are already crumbling in basic infrastructure . This is not a good thing for these large cities .

A lot of furu is bearish. If we crash, this will be pure luck, there won’t be any talent involved in such a call. Believe me. Short r not working rn. How about you let one bearish day show up before shorting? Is this such a bad idea? Tell me . Furu community is no good!

Am not sure rate cuts can help job creation. Economy has been soft, demand from lower income households has gone to 0. Credit card interests are mooning. Only spending by top 1% keeping things alive on life support . I don’t understand how rate cuts will help.

Stock market rally only helps the TOP 1% . This is a fact 100% undisputed fact this is . Now this guy wants rate cuts so stocks can go even higher!! How about genuinely bringing prices lower, giving poors free education and good health and good food? Revolutionary idea?

I don’t want stock rally ok? I rather than have happiness for folks !! I want to see poor people smile. Be happy . Have one high paying job rather than 20 credit cards all maxed out .

I hate monopolies. Nearly all issues in America today are due to monopolies. I hope to see a real populist in our lifetime who will break apart all monopolies in big tech and big banks and brings about happiness for poor

Fun fact - If you own stocks in dollar terms, the s&p500 is already making all time highs now at 6000 (considering collapse of dollar). And if ur foreigner, you are down 5-10% YTD regardless of your currency (euro, yen, kiwi, pound).

tic toc (@tictoctick) 's Twitter Profile Photo

If ur a foreigner holding US stocks, ur risk cannot even be quantified. If dollar collapses to 80, and even if stocks go to 7000, you won’t win. If dollar and stocks both collapse ? You are fucked . Get out now .

Summer rentals are down 30 % yoy in Hampton, the rich people vacay spot. Recession is spreading slowly. I recently rented a full size SUV for $500 for ten days . I kid you not. This same SUV cost 1700 to rent last year for ten days.

tic toc Furus are 90% bad tech analysis, 10% rhetoric. But realistically, we're in a very precarious place in this market, where a dangerous macro environment overlaps with extreme pricing, and the market functioning (dysfunctioning) is subject to extreme swings due to the liquidity
