I reached out to schedule a call yesterday and could not get on the calendar till today at 745pm. I finally got a live person after about 20 minutes HOLDING. We were on the phone for another 30 minutes, he tried walking me through some steps. Didn't work, THEN, finally took remot

e control of my HP Envy, after about 15 minutes, suddenly, out of nowhere, he (after having me reboot in safe mode), HUNG UP and ended the session!?! Now what??? Now I have 2 issues, how/or do I go out of safe mode and still cannot use my sign in screen!?
