In collaboration with the Dulac lab, we developed 3D MERFISH for volumetric imaging of thick-tissue slices up to 200um. A useful tool to facilitate the integration of functional and morphological measurements with spatial genomics in the future. Preprint: doi.org/10.1101/2023.0…
