Gracie Bower continues her amazing season. Tonight Gracie qualifies for Regionals in both the 100 Hurdles running a .5 second PR and in the Long Jump. She finished 3rd in the 100 Hurdles and 2nd in Long Jump. Incredible opportunity to double up in individual events.

Senior Olivia Andrews and Junior Maggie Staton qualify for Regionals by going 2nd and 3rd in the Pole Vault. This is Olivia’s fourth time qualifying for Regionals. Great job Olivia and Maggie! #vaultcity

Our boys 4x100 of Colin O’Brien, Jason Frank, Ben Brown, and Jake Barkhuizen had one more opportunity to run tonight in the District Finals and made the best of it - running a big time season best. So proud of this crew and excited about their future.

Max Bixler runs his FIRST race of the season and finishes 2nd in the 3200 and qualifies for Regionals. Max has worked so hard to get back running at a Championship level. Great job Max. On to Dayton!

Not afraid to swing big, Bryson Fears goes for the Triple and nails it. Bryson qualifies for Regionals in Three individual events - the 800, 1600, and 3200. Running the 2nd and 3rd races with about 15 minutes rest. Amazing performance! Need to research the last time this occurred
