Huge congratulations to our member Paddy, who secured employment after completing his CSCS card at Thrive.

Paddy has worked alongside Thrive for 4 months to remove initial employability barriers & took the opportunity to meet employers at Thrive. Proof that patience pays off!

Recently, we had the pleasure of coordinating a 'Meet the Employer' event with Thrive Careers Hub.

The focus was exploring our Business Administration Level 3 apprenticeships, and we couldn't be more thrilled with the outcome!

Great to welcome 4 employers with L3 Business Admin apprenticeships for young people to explore and develop with alongside Hugh Baird College.

Thank you to Fastline Steel Services UK, Haines Watts, Bloxt Ltd and Bridge Road Medical Centre for showcasing their opportunity for our young people🤝

Ryan completed his CSCS card with Thrive - this is his next step into meaningful work. Thank you to the team at Robertson for their continued support!

Yesterday I had the pleasure of joint hosting a listening event on behalf of Manifestive CIC alongside Thrive Careers Hub in their fantastic café space. We’ll now take these findings to create impactful and creative support for the young of the City. It’s the least they deserve.

Charlee came to us after dedicating 4 years to raising her daughter & we are pleased to share that after meeting The City of Liverpool College at Thrive, she has secured a L3 apprenticeship-Teaching & Learning.

We work flexibly to build confidence & transferable skill - massive congrats Charlee!

Morning well spent with Hannah McCowen from National Care Leaving Benchmark Forum.

As orgs, we both actively champion our young people sharing their voices. Interestingly, we see care leavers face the same social issues regionally & nationally.

We can do more together 🤝
