We've got a new Pilsner from UtopianBrewing @teamutopian.bsky.social on at the taproom. Ten Degrees is a decoction mashed Czech Lager with Godiva hops, it's tasting fantastic, and at 3.9% it's super sessionable.

I still think about the 8 reviews we have for a beer we didn't even brew, Brew York did. I'm glad people enjoyed it, but I have no idea how when it says Brew York on the can that people have reviewed it as a Three Hills beer.

Back to the daily taproom grind. What a day of slinging beers though yesterday was. Huge thanks to @NMBCo Northern Monk Refectory LDS for putting on a great festival of beers. Great music, new friends made and new beers thought up. We'd love to be invited back again.
