We have successfully converted our bot platform to use Azure Functions for all of our message processing and communication channels: web chat, Twitter DM, SMS, Facebook, and even Alexa. Definitely worth the effort. #serverless #chatbots #Azure

With the addition of the new Consumption tier, we are going to use Azure API Management to provide the management services for our bot API built on Azure Functions. Several key features we needed are already in there, seems like an easy choice for any API built on Microsoft Azure.
