We need to expand Dublin Bikes. First proposed 20 years ago by The Labour Party Ireland's Andrew Montague, Dublin Bikes is a hugely successful shared mobility scheme. But, much of the city outside the canals isn't served, including most of Dublin South Central. This needs to change.
