my left knee is -fucked- for real. i can barely walk, WITH the brace on, simple movement send sharp horrid pain and sometimes it feels 'crunchy' fmlll. trying to find somewhere to go Monday or Tuesday on my days off x_x

dr appt and an xray. no results yet. had referral to orthopedics ahead of the xray. will call ortho when i get up, as it was a bit late when i got home. hoping or -some- answers. work actually gives a shit, which is SO WEIRD for me, but yeah. no restrictions yet. sigh.

Drove home in tears. The act of getting into my small Jeep Compass makes my knee crackle/shift/almost like cracking a body joint. The pain afterward was immense. Fml.

i've spent most of today sleeping, and my knee is SO FUCKING PAINFUL and weak. fml. after Weds crunchy bit, it feels like the meniscus under my knee is the most painful. trying to mentally figure out how to handle the dogs if i'm forced to be non weight bearing on Friday. sigh.

1 small misstep at work going down a hill and my knee is in agony. crunchy and feels like i need to 'crack/pop' it now. ugh. i need it to be Friday morning 😭
