Education isn’t a goal, and it isn’t a thing that kids obtain. It’s a process that should give young people hope and a sense of empowerment to create for themselves the future that they want.

Teachers don’t always get to see the fruit of their labor. They invest their time and energy into their students, oftentimes without a “thank you.” They pour their heart and soul into their kids and may not get to see the results. But they keep doing it. And I love them for that!

Making comments that single out students with missing assignments creates an atmosphere that they are lesser and effects the way their classmates view their worth. #LeadInclusion #Globalsped #edchat
