Last week I welcomed 24 1L students from Western Law to Mindful@Law School. It is an 8 week non-credit course that focuses on mindfulness and emotional intelligence. We are using the Mindful@Work materials developed by MindfulnessWoBorders. This is the fifth year for the course.
Congratulations to the 24 graduates of the Mindful@Law School course Western Law. Students had an opportunity yesterday to reflect upon the impact of the class and their comments were inspiring. The course focused on mindfulness and emotional intelligence.
