Alabama just became the first team since UNC in 2008 to score 110+ in an NCAA Tournament game. The Tar Heels did it against a 16-seed. The Tide did it against a sixth-seeded BYU team that was 11-1 in its previous 12 coming into this game.

Honestly don't know if we'll ever see something this savage again in the tournament: Alabama wins 113-88 and shoots 25-of-51 (49%) from 3-point range in the Sweet 16. Bonkers, bonkers, bonkers, bonkers, BONKERS.

"We didn't play as well as we had hoped, and Grant was like, we're not going home, put me in." - An injured Grant Nelson in the first round of the NCAA tournament. This is how I will remember him.

This makes me think of one thing: Alabama was 10-0 during the 2023-24 season in games where Latrell Wrightsell scored in double figures. Was a key piece on the first team in program history to make the Final Four. An X-Factor to monitor in Tuscaloosa.

Hey, Derrick Henry. Saban here. Thanks for your help and those 395 carries. Alabama won. You lost. Your RB life expectancy has gone down.
