Working on the ETH ecosystem map for Pluid reminds me how fast this space moves.. Case in point: Just found out that MakersPlace, one of the OG NFT marketplaces, closed its doors just weeks ago.

The issue with most existing ETH ecosystem pages is that they haven't properly been updated since '22. Many projects have failed, links have changed, business models have pivoted. When I'm ready with mine, it will be the most accurate ecosystem to date And it'll be on Pluid 🦉

Idk how they're doing it but OpenSea really is redeeming their insane fumble from a few years ago - Works like a charm & relatively fast - Fun UI, it's a pleasure to browse, lots of hidden lore and built out subpages - Wholesome partnerships, great culture What a comeback man.

7 months later & we've finally regained the previous top.. do we dare hope for higher this time? Or is it screenshot time and back down again 📉
