I had spirometry lung function tests on Monday. My lungs are well above average. I was a little surprised considering I had a pulmonary embolism earlier this year. Lucky? Or shall we give the fitness lifestyle the credit? Perhaps my lungs were even better before... ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™‚๏ธ

Safety squat bar. Another new addition to my gym. I've only had a little play with it so far, first time ever using one. I was quickly surprised at how different it feels to a regular barbell. 100kg felt a lot heavier! What do you think of the SSB?

What are you most proud of on your fitness journey? For me it's still seeing progress without any supplements etc. Just clean* eating and consistent work (roughly 1 hour a day) *Does have a tendency to smash a lot of chocolate often ๐Ÿซ #cleanliving #natural #natty

I had a greedy few days, and it shows! Regular body composition checks alongside calorie tracking is the easiest way to stay on track while knowingly going off track. Catch it early, realise the result, move forward. Mental note to stay under 85kg until body fat % drops. ๐ŸŽฏ

Exploring down in Cornwall yesterday. I saw a monument in the distance from the kitchen of the house I'm at. I decided to jog there, then just kept going for a while. Running rural hills is much more fun than my usual runs.
