Despite the pleurisy, I still managed to do a bit of pro bono work in my community this morning. No one will know it was me - it might not even be noticed at all - but that’s not the point. It simply feels good to quietly do your bit.

Thankfully, I'm not going to hospital! I have pleurisy and a torn muscle in my chest so much stronger painkillers have been given that are knocking me out. I'll surface at some point! Thank you for all the kind and thoughtful messages. Need to rest up now and get on top of this.
