Finally got round to watching Transformers One with the boy today. We both loved it. As a massive Transformers kid when I was younger, it was nice being able to watch this with my son.

Fast doesn’t mean good. The quality around new builds is already questionable at times, and introducing penalties will make it worse.

Bit of a wild start to British MotoGP race and we are only 2 laps in.

Seen as LFC have lifted the trophy, it’s time to crack open a very special beer to mark the occasion. Always love the Rivington Brewery barleywines, fantastic beer. 🍺

Last of Us S2 finished. Disappointed with that, thought it could have been much better. So much story to be told and felt like it was all a little rushed. Follows the storyline of the game fairly well, but lacks the execution of it. Characters are nowhere near as good.

I would say this brief review hits it pretty much spot on for how I feel about TLOU S2.

Made the mistake of watching that ‘Beetlejuice Beetlejuice’ movie this evening. Not a patch on the original! Loved the original, this sequel felt very unnecessary. Felt like lots of little stories all forced into one movie, and none of the pieces quite fit together.

Had a nice little beer crawl around Manchester with Brown's Beer Blog yesterday. Trading Route, Gaslamp, Cafe Beermoth, North Westward Ho, The Morris, and NMBc. Some fantastic beer on offer as always. Lucky to have such a great beer city so close to home. 🍻

Never going to pass up a little brewery visit when I am passing one. Stonehouse Beer & BBQ.

I know PSG are good, they are fantastic, but Inter have also been shockingly bad here. PSG were always going to win it in my opinion, but Inter have made it much easier for them. #UCLfinal

So far today’s activities have included going for a walk, throwing stones into the river, taking the boy to the park, and drinking beer. Could get use to this weekend away life.

How I’m spending my Monday. This school half term lasting a few extra days isn’t bad at all.

Finished The Studio last night. Really enjoyed it. Good cast with lots of great cameos. It’s one of those comedies that makes you tense watching the chaos unfold. Hope a S2 comes along. #TheStudio
