Hopewell High School has announced James Pelham as its new Head Basketball Coach. A 1993 Hopewell grad, Pelham was the school's all-time leading scorer until his nephew - Elvin Edmonds IV - broke that record in 2021. He has been an assistant for the Blue Devils since 2020.
