The only way Kamala’s president/VP dynamic isn’t going to be sexualized is if she chooses a gay man. Unfortunately.

My grandfather was almost 100 when his younger sister passed away. They grew up in foster care and orphanages together. He never talked about their childhood but traveled across multiple states to hold her hand until she passed away. She just wanted her big brother 😭

The election cycle should be 24 hours. Parties pick their nominee by lunch. Nominees campaign in the afternoon. We all vote right after dinner. Inauguration the next morning on The Price Is Right. We don't think about presidential elections for 3 years and 364 days.

I’ve never experienced an election without social media. And the more I think about deleting the socials, the more beautiful I imagine my life the next 4 months.

a friend made the suggestion to start a note in our phone called β€œgood things are always happening to me” and to purposefully find something to add to it every day. absolute game changer.

Four years ago we were making our own hand soap and sewing our own masks. Of course we’ve witnessed the rise of the trad wife

Not to brag too much about my teenager but the high school just sent out a new policy regarding tardies that was absolutely inspired by my son.

Three years ago we said yes to foster care and last night I had a minivan full of small children asking if THEY could go to jail, since someone’s mom said β€œit was kinda nice”.
