Met up with a photographer recently to show him around my local woodland. It's a mossy wet bog in some areas. I am always drawn towards this little section even at the end of winter it still is very vibrant when the light hits it.

Hazy Daze & Mondays

I don't shoot many portrait format images and certainly havent shot for B&W for a while but saw this scene on the weekend with heavy clouds and it was always in my mind to do a mono.

One from my walk yesterday, looking towards Llyn y Fan Fach from the Fan Foel area. I was stood here in 2018 when it was howling a gale and had to lie on the floor to take a shot... yesterday the wind was nearly as strong. You can just make out Swansea Bay & the Somerset coast.

Just spent a few days up in York with the wife for my birthday.. lovely place and had to take an image in the famous little alley. Got up at 4.45am to try and exluded the people thing 😂

Spent an hour around Blaen y Glyn yesterday afternoon.. water is quite low atm.

Out for a drive with the wife on Saturday stopped of n the Western Beacosn & had a little stroll onto Carn Powell. Later we headed for the beach & a bag of chips..lol.
