FOURNIER'S GANGRENE: Necrotising fasciitis of male genitals/perineum. Risk factors - diabetes, immunosuppression, malnutrition, instrumentation, obesity Exam - febrile, shock, pain ++, crepitus, rapidly progressing edema, erythema, tenderness Rx = surgical debridement ASAP!🔪

FOURNIER'S GANGRENE:
