The more secure you are in yourself the more questions you will likely ask, the more you will listen and the better you will become as a coach. The less secure are likely to give long monologues! A real work on for coaches, leaders!

Find a job and you'll never work a day in your life! Bullshit! Understand that there is shit in all jobs, understand what you are willing to accept, then you can fully embrace your dream job! You not looking for perfect, you'll always be unhappy.

A tournament ends so near yet so far. So much taken away from being at the coalface of high performance. Absolutely gutted about the result. The boys did their country proud. It is now time to get better and better through performance connections.

Anyone who properly understands football able to explain what Chelsea FC plan is by bringing in so many players, changing managers on repeat, spending huge money etc. Ben Darwin cohesion thinking certainly wouldn't agree with this? Seems very bizarre but keen to hear from experts
