Today is the 61st Anniversary of the raid on the Rivonia Farm by the apartheid regime police. Among those arrested were Walter Sisulu, Govan Mbeki, Raymond Mhlaba, Ahmed Kathrada, Andrew Mlangeni, Bob Hepple and Lionel Bernstein. Nelson Mandela was arrested prior to the raid.
