A surprise from the lab now out in nature. The excellent Stephan Tetter set out to determine the #cryoEM structures of #FUS amyloid filaments in frontotemporal #dementia. Instead, he found abundant filaments of its homologue, TAF15! nature.com/articles/s4158…
