Jamaican/American Reggae Artist, Joseph Marley, who's also known as Jo Mersa Marley, has passed on in the USA aged 31. Marley, the son of Reggae Star Stephen Marley, and the grandson of reggae legend, Bob Marley, was found unresponsive in a vehicle.
