Removing non-compete clauses .... is actually the best thing for the patient.

Well done FTC.

Now, onto insurance coverage.

Dear Taylor Swift ,

My kids worship you, as I did before them. But like...in the future....maybe don't release it on a school night? Saturdays are awesome.

Sincerely,

Parents who can't wake up their kids today.

Reasons I run late:
- I don't enforce the grace period bc the excuse is usually a good one
- Parents of newborns run late
- It takes 15 mins to room a patient for a 15 min slot
- 80% of my job has become mental health care
- People have lists of concerns they want to address

Depends what you mean by problematic.

If what you mean is that having personalities and doing allowable things when off the clock are problematic, then that's also problematic.

In the USA only? Or is that for the entire global pediatrician population? What about socialized health care? Or third world countries when they line up on the street to get vaccinated? What about the fact that vaccines in the USA can be had at health departments for free?

If you sent your kid to college in the last 5 years, what (of the application process), do you wish you had done differently?

Australia is now on a path to eliminate cervical cancer over the next decade or so.

But in the U.S. we instead condemn a generation of girls and women to cervical cancer. For what? Phony health freedom propaganda and rotten politically-driven antivaccine activism

4 yo patient: Why do you look like that?

Me: ...

4 yo: WHY DO YOU LOOK LIKE THAT?

Me: Like what?

4 yo: Like a boy.

Mom (mortified): Omg, she does not look like a boy! Look at her long hair, and lashes ....

4 yo: Yes she does. Why?

Me: I don't know.

4 yo: Ok.

In case you were wondering, if you want to say 'no problem' and 'my pleasure' simultaneously after someone says 'thank you', it comes out as 'my problem' and everything is awkward after that.

Follow us for more useless info.

The HPV vaccine is literally a cure for cancer

In 20 years we will have a small part of a generation at needless risk of cancer because of tribal choices

If you have teenagers (or older!), get them the HPV vaccine

Ah yes by all means, letโ€™s ban tiktok over a hypothetical security risk while ignoring the actual security breach dumpster fire burning down healthcare.
