Purpose is internal. Calling is external. One is who you are; the other is where that purpose shows up in the world. Leadership is knowing the difference—and being ready to respond when the call arrives.

Who am I? What do I stand for? What are my values? These are the questions leaders must answer—especially now, in a world shaped by AI. Tools evolve. Human connection remains irreplaceable.

I tell stories because I fear insignificance. In the shadows, that fear lingers. But when shared, stories create meaning—for me and for others.
