The best thing I have found this week is ‘Tia Mowry’s Quick Fix’ YouTube channel. It’s truly an inspiration. If you grew up in the 90s you’ll remember Tia Mowry from epic TV show ‘Sister Sister’. Great to find you again Tia!

I am at HandInHand Festival this weekend. Saw a stunning performance of ‘Run’ this afternoon by Brighton Gay Men's Chorus. This festival is a true showcase of the positives of community singing. Well done to everyone who has travelled down to Cardiff to share their performances.
