Using a CRISPR screen and single cell analyses we asked how do stem cell-derived islets (SC-islets) react to immunological pressure (allogeneic). Among the hits we identified CXCL10 depletion as a way to escape immune rejection of grafted #betacells. cell.com/stem-cell-repo…
