Just what a Head of School needs….

A beautiful couple of hours of evening swimming but it’s still unseasonably chilly, so I’m bundled up and doing some comedy shivering. Hopefully a few more sunny days will warm things up a bit.

I can’t ever remember the water still being this cold in July, and not helped this evening by a stiff, sharp wind. But as beautiful as ever and just what I needed at the end of a busy week. #LoveTheLakes

A fabulous day on the water. As always, Chillswim Dave and Charlie provided flawless support, keeping me safe and head in the right direction. After a couple of cold, wet months, the Lakes gifted me a perfect swimming day and I had a blast.
