Death Stranding 2 is quite a good game! (I stopped using vehicles and beat the main story)

Once you get to intermediate / advanced level in game development you start to see how there's very little tutorials on these topics and the internet is littered with beginner tutorials all teaching pretty much the same thing.

I'm gonna say it: video games. Remaster and remake culture has taught a section of tech obsessed weirdos to hate texture and actively not allow games to age, and now that think is being applied into other artforms (but especially photographic ones) even more than before.

YouTube comments once again pushing the bounds of contemporary games criticism.

That Deus Ex "remaster" gets even the art direction for the box art wrong. Almost looks AI generated. How could you think this looks better? How could you not see how much more evocative the original is, JC's humanity washed out by the cold, unfeeling blue light of the future?
